Manage aerospace program timelines, scope, contracts, resources, risks, estimates, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional manufacturing, purchasing, and production-control activities to support customer deliveries. Use SAP and MES to retrieve customer, inventory, order, and material-status information, update purchase orders, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports.

Manages business customer accounts across the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle. Processes orders in SAP, coordinates with purchasing, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and production teams, tracks shipments, maintains OTD performance, provides customer updates, resolves operational issues, manages RMAs, and prepares weekly reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
