Own new customer acquisition and business development in Greater China for HPC solutions. Build target customer lists, develop relationships with technical and business decision-makers, pursue RFQs and purchase orders, align product roadmaps with customer needs, present technical materials at customers and industry events, track competitors and market trends, and coordinate internal teams to win business.

Serve as the primary customer contact managing the full order-to-delivery lifecycle. Process orders in SAP, coordinate production, logistics and RMAs with internal teams, maintain OTD, produce reports and provide clear customer updates using Google Workspace and Excel.
