Lead sales strategy, key account management, and product roadmap. Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams; manage high-value negotiations, customer service, reporting, budgets, and cross-functional program delivery while ensuring compliance and travel as needed.

Serve as the primary customer contact managing the full order-to-delivery lifecycle. Process orders in SAP, coordinate production, logistics and RMAs with internal teams, maintain OTD, produce reports and provide clear customer updates using Google Workspace and Excel.

Drive sales with cloud service providers and ODMs by supporting technical sales activities: build customer relationships, present solutions, design implementations for interconnectivity products, coordinate cross-functional support, resolve issues, monitor industry trends, and contribute to pipeline and forecasting.
