Manage an assigned portfolio of insurance brokerages, serving as the primary relationship and service contact. Responsibilities include onboarding and training brokers, supporting quotations and policy transactions, resolving requests, coordinating with underwriting and internal teams, promoting platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining records, and attending industry conferences and events.

Own the end-to-end delivery of data pipelines, models, and tests using MSSQL, dbt Cloud, Snowflake, and Fivetran. Monitor data quality, lineage, and job health while developing reusable data modeling patterns and scalable solutions. Collaborate across teams, maintain strong documentation, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, reliability, and code quality.

Follow up warm leads and inbound enquiries, advise customers on BizCover business insurance products, maintain compliance with legislative and QA requirements, meet sales KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and rapport-building.
