Own the end-to-end traveler experience across search, booking, trip management, disruption handling, and post-travel flows. Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, workflows, KPIs, and experimentation. Collaborate with Customer Service and Travel Operations to reduce traveler friction and support volume. Build product prototypes using AI tools, evaluate agentic systems, and guide AI-powered travel experiences. The role requires strong UX intuition, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with travel or adjacent high-volume consumer products.

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and cold calling through negotiation, client activation, and handoff to Customer Success. Generate meetings, engage C-level and operational stakeholders, address business travel pain points, manage complex sales cycles, and forecast pipeline revenue. The role requires native Spanish, excellent English, strong B2B closing experience, and familiarity with MEDDPICC.

Processes and codes accounts payable invoices, maintains vendor records, reconciles vendor statements, supports payment runs and expense reports, and manages digital financial archives. The role also supports testing and rollout of a new purchase order workflow and helps improve accounts payable processes and controls. Candidates need accounting experience, knowledge of accounting principles and legislation, strong Excel skills, a relevant degree, and fluent English.
