Support a portfolio of smaller B2B clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsells. Engage customers through calls, email campaigns, webinars, trainings, and digital playbooks. Monitor account health using dashboards and Salesforce, identify churn risks, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, and improve scalable customer success processes through automation.

Accounting Intern supporting general accounting, fixed asset records, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closing, audit documentation, accounts payable and receivable, VAT filings, recurring finance reports, and process improvements. The role offers hands-on experience within an international accounting team and requires Italian and English proficiency, spreadsheet skills, and eligibility to intern in Italy.
