Teams at Bizagi

Provide Level 1 internal IT support: triage and resolve tickets via Bizagi Centro; troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, software and Microsoft 365 issues; use ticketing platforms (Zendesk/Teams); escalate advanced requests; communicate clearly with users.

As a QA Engineer, you'll focus on ensuring the quality of Bizagi's enterprise automation and AI solutions, contributing significantly to product reliability and performance.

The Technical Writer will create user documentation, collaborate with internal teams to understand products, test features, and conduct enabling sessions about new features.
