The developer collaborates with stakeholders to analyze business needs, develops and maintains web applications and APIs, and ensures code quality and data security.

Diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on fleet vehicles (oil changes, brakes, tires, lighting). Manage parts inventory, transport vehicles when requested, perform roadside tasks, and propose equipment improvements. Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety procedures.

The HR Director is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with BIXI's business goals, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with HR laws while fostering a strong organizational culture.
