Build and ship latency-critical trading experiences for trenches, perps, and prediction markets, including live data, charting, wallet and transaction flows, execution, fills, and failure states. Drive feature proposals, mobile parity, frontend performance, production quality, and incident reduction independently in a fast-paced remote team.

Perform corporate FP&A, including financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and resource allocation. Partner with cross-functional leaders, analyze business-line and country performance, track payroll expenses, support month-end close and Board materials, and improve scalable processes, dashboards, metrics, and automation. Communicate financial insights clearly to senior leadership and collaborate with Finance, People, and Data teams.

Own B2B growth marketing programs spanning demand generation, events, ABM, partner marketing, campaign execution, and marketing operations. Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, campaigns, HubSpot workflows, attribution, CRM hygiene, dashboards, and ROI reporting. Use AI tools and automation to improve productivity, collaborate with sales and product marketing, and produce content and campaign assets that drive pipeline growth.
