Lead and execute global, technical full-cycle recruiting as a player-coach: manage a Recruiting Specialist, optimize Workday ATS and analytics, develop data-driven hiring strategies across regions, ensure compliant onboarding with EORs, and implement structured, inclusive interviewing and sourcing for technical roles.

Manage and grow assigned accounts in the French market: drive retention, contract upgrades, and product sales; build executive relationships; develop and execute account and territory plans; forecast revenue; and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer use of Bitsight products.
