Own loosely defined features from technical design through delivery, develop and optimize REST APIs, create modern web interfaces, write well-tested code, and collaborate with engineers and product owners in a continuous delivery environment.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across the UK, South Africa, and Benelux, driving retention, expansion, upsell, and churn mitigation. Build executive relationships, manage complex buying committees and contracts, develop account plans, forecast deals, communicate product value, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires SaaS and enterprise account management experience, strong consultative selling, territory and contract management, executive communication, and UK market expertise.

Own end-to-end product design for key Bitsight product areas, including discovery, research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Design AI-powered experiences for complex cybersecurity and data-rich products, conduct user research, collaborate with Product, prototype rapidly using AI tools, extend the design system, and contribute to design critique and product quality.
