Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers on requirements and sourcing strategies. Source candidates through networking, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter; screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, manage applicant tracking system postings, and support onboarding. The role requires high-volume recruiting expertise, strong communication, confidentiality, organization, autonomy, and the ability to recruit for hard-to-fill software and IT consulting positions.

Design and lead scalable data architectures across lakes, warehouses, analytics platforms, and cloud environments. Build data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming ingestion solutions, and Databricks Lakehouse implementations. Ensure performance, reliability, governance, security, and privacy while advising clients on modernization strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders and analytics teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership across data engineering projects.
