The Databricks Solution Architect will design and implement data architectures, serve as pre-sales engineering support, and mentor on Databricks capabilities, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions aligned with customer needs.

Serve as a Pega Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, design Pega-based solutions, translate business needs into Pega rules and workflows, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, support testing and deployment, and maintain solution documentation.

Lead design and implementation of Pega Decisioning solutions, define architectures, guide junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives.
