Defines scalable reference architectures, evaluates models and frameworks, governs security, data residency, hosting, integrations, cost, latency, and reliability, and mentors AI and data engineers. Remains hands-on with code, prototypes, design reviews, and technical client presentations while shaping proposals and protecting engagement profitability.

Develop and support data migrations, integrations, and synchronizations into Creatio. Lead client discovery, map data models and relationships, build ETL pipelines, cleanse and validate data, troubleshoot database and application issues, and manage delivery through post-deployment support. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on architecture, risks, requirements, and implementation. Use SQL, Python, APIs, databases, and integration tools to deliver accurate, secure, and repeatable solutions.

Develop and customize Creatio CRM and process automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools, workflows, UI components, dashboards, and business rules. Support C#/.NET customizations, REST API integrations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live enhancements. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, clients, and Agile delivery teams while documenting solutions and tracking work in Jira or Azure DevOps.
