Build, operate, and improve Bitrefill's Bitcoin and Lightning payment infrastructure: work with Lightning implementations and payment channels, secure key management and HSMs, analyze payment flows and incidents, integrate new Bitcoin/Lightning protocols, collaborate with product and finance, and ship internal and open-source tooling.

Lead discovery, planning, and delivery of crypto-native features for a distributed squad. Conduct user research with daily crypto spenders, write specs with acceptance criteria, manage backlog, make integration decisions across chains/wallets/protocols, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the company in communities and conferences.
