Define specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines; connect customer interfaces with technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure; translate MiFID II and capital-markets complexity into intuitive retail experiences; and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, Data, and Business Operations to optimize delivery and engagement.

Own securities and commodities product flows, including trading interfaces, margin touchpoints, and execution steps. Create product specifications, process flows, and user stories while partnering with Engineering, Design, UX, Data, and Business Operations. Simplify complex financial workflows into transparent retail investing experiences, maintain delivery velocity, and analyze adoption and performance metrics to optimize user journeys.
