Collect and document business requirements, recommend ERP solutions, validate functional specifications, coordinate between technical teams and users, create and execute testing plans and scripts, and provide ERP system training. The role focuses on financial ERP modules and requires strong software engineering knowledge, proficiency with Axure, XMind, and office software, plus Chinese and English communication skills.

Design and build scalable multi-agent AI systems that automate infrastructure and business workflows. Integrate agents with cloud services, APIs, Kubernetes, telemetry, and observability platforms to perform autonomous remediation, code generation, and system analysis. Develop agent memory and RAG systems, implement evaluation and security guardrails, and establish deployment and governance practices for agentic applications. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate autonomous agents into resilient cloud platforms.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities include visitor registration, meeting room scheduling, travel booking support, mail and courier coordination, office supply monitoring, event assistance, internal communications, reception upkeep, and liaison with vendors and building management. The role requires a polished, service-oriented professional with strong organization, multitasking, discretion, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
