Leads financing strategy and execution for GPU purchases, AI infrastructure, and data-center expansion across the Americas. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating debt, leases, project financing, private credit, and other capital solutions; managing capital-provider relationships; owning transaction modeling, diligence, documentation, and closing; developing scenario analyses; presenting recommendations to executives and the Board; establishing controls; and coaching a financial analyst.

Own budgets, forecasts, financial models, variance analysis, project spending reviews, and cash flow projections for U.S. operations and infrastructure projects. Partner with business, engineering, procurement, treasury, and global finance teams to evaluate investments, improve forecasting, support executive reporting, and implement planning systems. Analyze project economics, capital expenditures, liquidity, and scenario impacts while strengthening financial controls, data quality, and planning processes.

Lead development and optimization of advanced low-power analog and mixed-signal circuits, including PLLs, power management units, and power-clocking architectures. Oversee standard cell library characterization, layout quality, parasitic and leakage reduction, and high-sigma OCV verification using industry EDA tools. Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, mentorship, and innovation for high-performance designs in advanced process nodes.
