Own the full sales cycle for Bisnow’s executive retreats, from prospecting and pitching to closing members and sponsors and managing ongoing relationships. Build pipelines through outbound research, referrals, and networking; sell to senior commercial real estate executives; maintain accurate Salesforce data; and help expand retreats into new markets and asset classes.

Leads event marketing campaigns across email, newsletters, social media, advertising, and promotional messaging to drive ticket sales and revenue. Analyzes campaign performance using Iterable, Google Analytics, SocialFlow, and reporting tools; optimizes conversion and marketing results. Partners with sales, production, editorial, and technology teams on demand generation, content marketing, search engine marketing, and audience-focused messaging.

The Corporate Controller oversees full-cycle corporate and commercial real estate property accounting across multiple entities. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, cash management, MRI-based property accounting, CAM billing, management fee processing, financial close support, lender reporting, acquisition and disposition support, audits, tax preparation, and accounting process improvements.
