Oversee day-to-day multifamily property accounting for a growing NYC portfolio: lead month-end/quarter/annual close, review and sign property-level GAAP financials, manage reconciliations, A/P, A/R, cash/treasury, audits, tax and lender reporting. Manage and mentor remote/offshore accounting teams, serve as Yardi subject matter expert, onboard acquisitions, drive process improvements and internal controls, and prepare NYC regulatory filings (TC, RPIE).

The Sponsorship Sales Manager is responsible for driving event sponsorship sales, building client relationships, managing strategic sales cycles, and coaching a sales team while exceeding KPIs within commercial real estate markets.

Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, contracts, subcontractor procurement, quality, safety, client relations, project documentation, and financial performance using Procore and ERP systems.
