Lead global sales and marketing strategy, revenue growth, channel development, solution-based selling, AI-enabled sales operations, demand generation, and commercialization of integrated mechatronic and automation solutions. The role unifies direct, distributor, representative, and eCommerce channels; oversees HubSpot, Qlik, Showpad, content, events, and digital transformation; partners with Engineering and Product Management; and mentors high-performing cross-functional teams.

The Chief Operating Officer will lead operational transformation across the company and a newly acquired control systems integrator. Responsibilities include scaling service operations, improving manufacturing and supply chain performance, implementing AI-powered automation, strengthening Lean and continuous improvement systems, integrating technology, driving change management, and overseeing engineering, product development, QA/QC, facilities, and operations. The COO will partner closely with the CEO, improve profit margins, build high-performing teams, and prepare for future advancement to President.

Develop territory growth strategies and sales pipelines across the Great Lakes region. Build relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, distributors, and industrial customers; identify new opportunities; provide consultative technical guidance on motion and mechanical systems; forecast sales in HubSpot CRM; support distributor training; and represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Frequent regional and overnight travel is required.
