Support product marketing for dental medical devices: develop product line expertise, manage product lifecycles, collaborate on new product development and launches, create marketing content and website material, perform competitive analysis, assist pricing/forecasting, and attend tradeshows.

Lead BISCO's U.S. sales organization: develop and execute U.S. sales strategy, coach and manage regional sales leaders, build sales infrastructure and disciplined sales processes, oversee forecasting and HubSpot CRM usage, drive revenue and profit growth, manage sales operations and cross-functional initiatives.

Design and create labels, packaging, marketing collateral, and ads; manage proofs and vendor submissions; maintain labeling review/approval records; provide creative support for company programs and events; ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance; collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
