Lead onboarding and implementation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients using BIS Safety Software. Configure client environments, support data migration, deliver tailored training, manage timelines and milestones, provide implementation support, and build stakeholder relationships. The role also drives client adoption, partners with internal teams to resolve challenges, and improves onboarding processes and educational resources.

Own software risk assessments for new features, modules, and data-flow changes. Partner with product and technology teams to identify compliance requirements early, monitor tickets through release, verify software behavior, maintain audit readiness for SOC 2 and PCI DSS, and resolve compliance gaps pragmatically. The role requires understanding data storage, transmission, and system integrations while addressing privacy, governance, and information-security risks.

Manage office and building operations, including supplies, equipment, repairs, maintenance, purchasing, vendors, contractors, insurance, and service contracts. Coordinate trade show logistics, sales travel, couriers, deliveries, and cross-department projects. Support employee engagement events, maintain operational records and expenditure reports, and manage SharePoint content and training resources. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently in person.
