Develop Dinesen’s Swedish market by managing key accounts, building relationships with architects, designers, clients, and strategic partners, and generating specifications for premium wood and interior projects. Leads HOLMRIS B8 Hospitality’s international project portfolio, overseeing major projects from sales handover through close-out. Responsibilities include schedule, budget, forecasting, margins, contracts, risk, change management, stakeholder governance, and leadership of 5–6 Project Managers. The role also involves hands-on ownership of complex hospitality projects and collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, hotel operators, developers, and investors.
