Leads Birmingham Promise’s Data & Impact function by establishing organization-wide data strategy, KPIs, governance, infrastructure, evaluation practices, and reporting. Builds and manages the data team, oversees Salesforce and analytics systems, leads research partnerships, and translates data into actionable insights for executives, the Board, funders, and program teams. The role also manages vendors, supports grant reporting, strengthens data quality, and develops scalable systems for measuring student and economic mobility outcomes.
