The Birmingham Promise Student Success Coach is responsible for providing outreach and intervention services to students enrolled at Birmingham Promise's postsecondary college partner institutions. They ensure the academic, financial, and social success of the students by providing personalized support and coaching, conducting proactive outreach, maintaining relationships with colleagues and faculty, and developing individualized success plans.

The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director to create a pathway and a strategy to fund Birmingham Promise’s ambitious mandate. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a development strategy, managing fundraising goals, cultivating donors, and coordinating communications and partnerships.
