Rotational dealership internship providing hands-on exposure to parts, service, sales, precision agriculture, store management, whole goods, and corporate administration. Responsibilities include reviewing inventory and financial transactions, monitoring sales and service KPIs, processing warranty claims, evaluating equipment sales documentation, reviewing budgets and performance, maintaining online inventory listings, and supporting action plans to reduce work in process. Interns gain business, customer relations, equipment, and dealership operations experience across corporate offices and dealerships.

Sells equipment and company services to customers, conducts product demonstrations, maintains customer relationships, completes sales documentation, tracks reports, and stays current on products, pricing, financing, competition, and used-equipment values. The representative supports customer satisfaction, coordinates follow-up service, maintains demonstration equipment and sales resources, attends community and company events, and drives throughout an assigned territory to visit customer sites.

Field sales role selling equipment and services: contact customers, perform demonstrations, evaluate trade-ins, complete sales documentation, maintain product and finance knowledge, submit reports, manage vehicles, and provide high-level customer service across an assigned territory.
