Own end-to-end hiring and people operations, including sourcing, screening, candidate communications, scheduling, offers, onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and data maintenance. Support office logistics, company events, employee queries, payroll and benefits operations, and process improvement. Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality candidate and employee experiences.

Define, embed and monitor Birdie’s compliance frameworks across data protection, information security and health governance. Lead NHS DSPT and DSCR compliance, assure GP Connect/PDS integrations, maintain risk register and controls, run third-party risk assessments and audits, lead data protection incident response, and build KRIs/KPIs for leadership and the board.
