Teams at Birdie

The Staff Product Designer will lead the AI-first design direction for Birdie's Care Management platform, owning complex problem spaces and enhancing design quality across the product while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Define, embed and monitor Birdie’s compliance frameworks across data protection, information security and health governance. Lead NHS DSPT and DSCR compliance, assure GP Connect/PDS integrations, maintain risk register and controls, run third-party risk assessments and audits, lead data protection incident response, and build KRIs/KPIs for leadership and the board.

Provide proactive, multi-channel support to care agencies, caregivers and families. Handle live chat, email and phone queries, perform scheduled outbound check-ins, resolve technical issues for non-technical users, maintain the knowledge base, identify process gaps, and meet KPIs (CSAT, QA, AHT) to drive partner satisfaction and retention.
