Teams at Bird Construction

Supports end-to-end management of large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects, covering pre-construction planning, procurement, scheduling, cost control, change orders, subcontract administration, safety, quality, client coordination, billing, and project closeout. The role assists the Project Manager while coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, resolving issues, and ensuring contractual, financial, and schedule performance.

Coordinates structural steel and modular fabrication projects from award through completion. Manages documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, vendor deliveries, subcontractor coordination, schedules, budgets, reporting, client communications, material planning, fabrication sequencing, and module assembly activities. Uses Tekla PowerFab to track materials and fabrication progress while supporting safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Manage and maintain project document control for construction projects: track incoming/outgoing documents, version control, distribution, logs, meeting minutes, support closeout packages, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
