Coordinates collaborative delivery workshops, training, planning sessions, project documentation, action items, reporting, and knowledge-management resources. Supports Lean Construction and continuous-improvement initiatives, onboarding, capability development, facilitation, and stakeholder communications across project teams. Maintains tools, templates, dashboards, and training materials while helping deliver projects and pursuits efficiently. Occasional travel to project sites and offices may be required.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried hires, including sourcing, candidate pipelines, selection, staffing strategies, candidate marketing, and hiring-team coordination. Maintain accurate Workday staffing records, track recruitment metrics, support employment-brand initiatives, manage employment inquiries, and build relationships with internal leaders, agencies, associations, and universities. The role requires handling high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions while meeting legal, operational, and business requirements.

Leads project schedule development, maintenance, forecasting, risk management, progress measurement, variance analysis, reporting, and schedule review meetings for commercial construction projects. Coordinates schedule inputs, evaluates subcontractor performance, performs critical path and earned value analysis, tracks productivity, and supports project managers with client presentations and corrective actions. This fixed-term role requires advanced Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel skills, plus extensive construction project controls experience.
