Maintains construction quality records, completion reports, inspection and test tracking, progression data, and non-conformance documentation. The role follows up on overdue observations and corrective actions, supports the quality management team with administrative duties, and ensures project work meets company and client specifications. It is based at a Toronto construction site office and requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.

Coordinates structural steel and modular fabrication projects from award through completion. Manages documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, vendor deliveries, subcontractor coordination, schedules, budgets, reporting, client communications, material planning, fabrication sequencing, and module assembly activities. Uses Tekla PowerFab to track materials and fabrication progress while supporting safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Manage and maintain project document control for construction projects: track incoming/outgoing documents, version control, distribution, logs, meeting minutes, support closeout packages, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
