Teams at Birchwood Nursing & Rehabilitation

Provide clinical leadership on shift: supervise nurse aides, administer medications, implement care plans, perform treatments, transcribe orders, document resident care, educate staff, maintain safety and infection control, and coordinate staffing coverage to ensure resident well-being.

Provide meal service and support resident nutrition by assembling trays, delivering meal carts, preparing and portioning meals per recipes, rotating and delivering supplies, disposing of refuse, and sanitizing dishes and equipment while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
