Provides administrative and legal support for intellectual property attorneys, primarily handling U.S. patent prosecution filings, USPTO submissions, information disclosure statements, docket management, correspondence, billing, calendaring, document management, client communications, and quality review. The role also supports workflow improvement, mentoring, attorney coverage, and maintaining accurate patent records and deadlines.

Senior Accountant responsible for general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll support, accounts receivable, automation of Excel/billing databases, coordination and supervision of accounting staff, working with outside CPA firms for audits, and producing ad-hoc and recurring reports to support firm leadership and partners.

Provide clerical support for patent prosecution, including preparing and filing provisional, non‑provisional and continuing US patent applications; drafting prosecution documents and correspondence; maintaining prior art database, docketing and attorney calendars; managing communications, copying/scanning into document management systems, and assisting attorneys and IP Legal Assistants with overflow tasks.
