Performs GMP-compliant quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, and finished products. Conducts stability studies, environmental monitoring, and analytical testing using multiple laboratory techniques. Maintains laboratory records, equipment, inventory, and compliance documentation; supports investigations, deviations, and continuous improvement. Provides analytical support to manufacturing, technology transfer, and R&D teams while collaborating with internal departments and external laboratories.

Supports group financial control through performance reporting, planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, dashboards, and business analysis. Partners with finance teams and business leaders, improves ERP and reporting processes, supports strategic initiatives and business cases, and prepares materials for executive leadership and the board. The role requires strong accounting, financial reporting, analytical, communication, and commercial insight skills.

Support production of established and developmental bioseparation products in a manufacturing environment. Perform laboratory and production activities, quality control checks, documentation, logistics support, and equipment/workspace maintenance while following quality, safety, and standard operating procedures. Contribute to process improvements and continuous development, working independently and collaboratively with the Operations team.
