Manages healthcare sales within an assigned territory by building clinician and referral-source relationships, meeting sales quotas, acquiring customers, and supporting pneumatic compression device evaluations. Provides product education and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and patients, oversees Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators, manages forecasts and expenses, and ensures compliance with CMS, HIPAA, payer, documentation, and internal quality requirements. Frequent travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities is required.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leaders and the board. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting management, board materials and minutes, action-item tracking, executive correspondence, travel and event coordination, expense reporting, confidential information handling, and access-control maintenance. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, discretion, and experience supporting senior leadership in regulated environments.

Manage territory sales of pneumatic compression devices by building clinician relationships, driving new business and VA account sales, overseeing Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators, ensuring compliance with CMS/VA policies, handling insurance/revenue cycle issues, and coordinating patient equipment delivery and training.
