Manages healthcare sales and business development within an assigned territory, building relationships with clinicians and referral sources for pneumatic compression devices. Provides clinical and product education, oversees associate territory managers and patient educators, manages sales targets and budgets, and ensures compliance with CMS, HIPAA, Medicare, and internal quality requirements. Frequent travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities is required, along with administrative reporting, staff management, and patient insurance process expertise.

Manage territory sales of pneumatic compression devices by building clinician relationships, driving regional sales, training and overseeing associate managers and patient educators, managing insurance and CMS qualification processes, ensuring compliance, and handling administrative and travel responsibilities.

The Territory Manager will manage sales strategies, develop client relationships, and oversee patient education while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
