Manage purchasing, inventory, demand forecasting, supplier relationships, logistics, manufacturing data, and supply chain financial analysis. Maintain item master data, traceability, costs, and inventory controls while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA requirements. Coordinate supplier quality activities, incoming inspection, nonconforming material resolution, and vendor performance. Develop reporting, scorecards, forecasts, and executive insights to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Manages healthcare sales territory growth for pneumatic compression devices by building relationships with clinicians and referral sources, prospecting new accounts, presenting clinical evidence, and educating providers and patients. Oversees Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators, supports patient evaluations, manages sales forecasts and budgets, and ensures compliance with CMS, HIPAA, Medicare, and internal quality requirements. Frequent travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities is required.

Provides pneumatic compression devices and patient support under physician care. Demonstrates products, trains patients, coordinates with healthcare professionals, manages referrals and insurance documentation, supports territory sales, maintains compliance with CMS and other regulations, and assists the Territory Manager. Requires frequent travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities, physical lifting, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
