Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leaders and the board. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting management, board materials and minutes, action-item tracking, executive correspondence, travel and event coordination, expense reporting, confidential information handling, and access-control maintenance. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, discretion, and experience supporting senior leadership in regulated environments.

Supports territory sales of pneumatic compression devices by presenting products, managing patient referrals, coordinating with physicians and therapists, training patients, and ensuring insurance and regulatory compliance. The role manages reports and expenses, follows up on patient setups, determines equipment needs, and communicates with corporate teams to facilitate timely delivery. Frequent travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities is required, along with physical lifting and a valid driver’s license.

Manage territory sales of pneumatic compression devices by building clinician relationships, driving new business and VA account sales, overseeing Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators, ensuring compliance with CMS/VA policies, handling insurance/revenue cycle issues, and coordinating patient equipment delivery and training.
