Supervise and coordinate home operations, staffing, and budget for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Hire and schedule Direct Support Professionals, provide direct personal care, implement person-centered plans, collaborate with clinical staff, monitor staff performance and training, maintain safety and harmony in the home, and provide on-call coverage.

Provide onsite vocational training and hands-on support to individuals, document time/progress daily in Therap and Paycom, maintain employer relationships, complete data and quarterly reports, update person-centered profiles, transport supported people, and follow DHS/DDSD certification and BIOS policies.
