Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and LMS-enabled learning programs for the global biopharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include creating learning pathways, assessments, digital assets, facilitator resources, and scalable learning products; collaborating with subject matter experts and trainers; translating complex scientific and technical content into accessible learning experiences; and helping establish learning design standards and a commercially successful training portfolio.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, build data models with SQL, DAX and Power Query, analyse complex datasets, support forecasting and KPI reporting, improve data quality and automate reporting, and present actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
