Provide technical leadership for manufacturing equipment reliability, process optimization, and capital projects in a regulated (GMP/GLP) environment. Lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance strategy, reliability assessments, equipment lifecycle management in CMMS, validation/qualification support, CAPA and deviation investigations, and cross-functional projects to improve uptime, safety, and compliance. Mentor engineers and coordinate vendors and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Support GMP manufacturing and quality systems by authoring and owning procedures, performing floor evaluations, troubleshooting, implementing process improvements, supporting process validation, CAPA, change control, deviations, training, and new product introductions to ensure compliant, efficient bioprocess/manufacturing operations.

Design, execute, and interpret experiments to support process development and commercial manufacturing. Optimize and transfer processes, troubleshoot issues, perform statistical data analysis, support investigations and regulatory documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP-compliant, robust manufacturing operations.
