Provides day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting equipment and processes, improving yield and quality, and supporting investigations, CAPAs, change controls, equipment qualification, and process validation. The role authors technical documentation and collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams in a regulated, on-site facility.

Manages cross-functional projects at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site from planning through completion. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, budgets, resources, reports, and presentations; resolving issues; coordinating stakeholders; supporting informed decision-making; and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

Oversee department-level projects at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site, managing planning, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, regulatory compliance, reporting, and process improvements. Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with management to ensure project goals are achieved. This is a six-month, fully onsite contract position in Juncos, Puerto Rico, with possible extension.
