Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver customer onboarding and implementation projects for health system customers. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, issue resolution, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Drive continuous improvement, gather customer feedback, and report project status to leadership to ensure successful adoption of medical device and monitoring solutions.

The DevOps Engineer will develop CI/CD pipelines, maintain infrastructure as code, enhance monitoring reliability, and collaborate with teams to improve healthcare technology solutions.

Lead cross-functional programs to deliver medical device manufacturing and operations initiatives on time and on budget. Oversee NPI, validations, capacity expansion, ECOs/CAPAs, regulatory alignment (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, 510(k)), supplier readiness, and continuous improvement. Serve as program owner between Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory while mentoring staff and driving operational readiness and audit support.
