This role involves optimizing algorithms for processor and power constraints, developing testing protocols, and contributing to internal tools for improving algorithm benchmarking and testing capabilities.

Lead and manage embedded firmware development projects in the medical device industry by using agile methodologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating project status to stakeholders. Mentor junior staff and improve project management processes.
