Builds the expansion playbook, value realization programs, executive relationships, forecasts, and commercial account management function. Partners with Clinical, Product, Implementation, and channel teams while carrying revenue targets. Requires substantial customer-site travel and expertise in hospital economics, inpatient workflows, healthcare commercialization, and land-and-expand programs.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver customer onboarding and implementation projects for health system customers. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, issue resolution, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Drive continuous improvement, gather customer feedback, and report project status to leadership to ensure successful adoption of medical device and monitoring solutions.
