Leads rare disease market access strategy for SMA and ALS products, including strategic pricing, payer messaging, innovative contracting, value propositions, and patient access optimization. Coordinates cross-functional teams across market access, medical, HEOR, legal, finance, and brand functions. Analyzes market trends, develops contracting business cases, supports patient assistance strategies, trains teams, evaluates performance, and contributes to pipeline assets.

Supports Biogen UK & Ireland strategy and new product planning through market and competitor analysis, launch readiness, business cases, project coordination, risk tracking, and senior leadership presentations. The role collaborates across Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and other functions to advance strategic initiatives and business improvement projects. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a hybrid Maidenhead environment.

Reviews and approves batch and cell bank disposition documentation, assesses product acceptability, and provides quality oversight on the manufacturing floor. Supports investigations, root cause and impact assessments, CAPA closure, inspection readiness, quality systems implementation, GxP training, technology transfers, and restart programs. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve compliance issues and maintain cGMP manufacturing standards.
