Leads global commercial launch excellence for Biogen’s SMA portfolio, coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams to develop and execute launch plans. Oversees timelines, budgets, risks, governance updates, engagement strategies, and launch-tracking tools. Integrates program teams, facilitates strategic decisions, and strengthens organizational capabilities through innovative methods, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics. The role requires extensive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, launch readiness expertise, commercial leadership, rare disease knowledge, and international travel.

Operate downstream biomanufacturing purification processes, including column chromatography, viral filtration, ultrafiltration, and bulk dispensing. Execute manufacturing activities and validation protocols under cGMP, document batch records and deviations, perform in-process sampling and analysis, maintain cleanroom readiness, and support training and team development. Work occurs on a 12-hour day shift using a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Leads global customer engagement and operations for Biogen’s ex-US Immunology portfolio. Translates business priorities into customer excellence, omnichannel engagement, analytics, forecasting, launch readiness, and operational solutions. Partners with global, regional, and country leaders, governs priorities and performance, strengthens execution, and leads the International Immunology CMI team through coaching, capability development, and continuous improvement.
