Design and execute in vitro and in vivo studies to identify and validate targets, biomarkers, and pathways in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Develop biochemical and cellular assays, generate and interpret complex datasets (RNA-seq, proteomics, flow cytometry), support lead optimization and translational research, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance drug discovery programs.

Lead biostatistics across drug programs: develop protocols, analysis plans, and standards; review study setup and analyses; perform statistical analyses and clinical study reports; address regulatory issues and collaborate with CROs, KOLs, and cross-functional teams.

Lead Clinical Data Management for assigned trials and programs. Accountable for all CDM activities across the study lifecycle: execute data strategy, ensure standards, oversee EDC and data review, manage vendors, identify and mitigate risk, analyze study metrics, drive process improvements, and communicate data topics to cross-functional teams.
