Serve as primary liaison among patients, HCPs, and partners to resolve non-clinical access barriers. Provide personalized case management, reimbursement support, benefit and payer research, and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs. Communicate proactively, meet performance metrics, and support program operations including occasional travel.

Lead cross-functional development and maintenance of Patient Services documentation and knowledge management. Implement compliance controls and promotional guardrails, manage document review and KM system improvements, support Promotional Review Committee, produce clear customer-facing communications and training, translate Visio processes into written procedures, and track program KPIs.

Support and co-lead statistical programming for clinical studies: author and review ADaM specs, generate analysis datasets, tables/figures, and submission components (define.xml, XPT). Collaborate with Biostatistics and Data Management, oversee vendor deliverables, ensure regulatory compliance and standards (CDISC), and drive process improvements and study execution.
