Teams at Biocodex

Manage and coordinate international digital, web and e-commerce projects (website redesigns, CMS/e-commerce evolutions, template deployments, rollouts, integrations). Act as liaison between business, tech teams, agencies and markets; translate needs into specs and user stories; prioritize backlog; run workshops, UAT, testing, releases, bug/maintenance follow-up; ensure UX, SEO, accessibility, analytics and governance consistency.

Support month- and year-end closings, OPEX analysis, budgeting, rolling forecasts and OneStream reporting. Provide variance and profitability analysis, demand forecasting, cost control, ad hoc business cases, and process improvements while partnering with non-finance stakeholders.

Promote Biocodex OTC products to pharmacies in an assigned Bucharest territory, build and maintain relationships with pharmacists, distributors and chains, implement marketing and promotional plans, organize medical meetings, identify sales opportunities, manage clients commercially, and submit reports to the Regional Manager.
