The Associate I, IHC R&D functions with minimal supervision and guidance within the Reagent Research and Development Laboratory. The Associate I conducts product development activities on new and existing products involving Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) procedures within well-defined guidelines.

Responsible for ensuring compliance of products and monitoring company's conformance to regulatory requirements. Supports product development and completes global regulatory submissions for marketing. Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and harmonized standards. Participates in audits, inspections, risk management, recall activities, and provides regulatory guidance to teams. Generates technical documentation and ensures regulatory compliance through SOPs, submissions, and training. Keeps up to date with regulatory changes and performs gap analysis as needed.

Responsible for revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and profitable promotion of Biocare reagent products and instrumentation to existing and future customers in clinical and research markets. Key responsibilities include meeting annual quotas, establishing customer relationships, introducing new products, and coordinating the sales process.

Support daily instrument manufacturing warehouse and inventory for instrument production and sustainability. Temporary role in a medical company specializing in immunohistochemistry instrumentation and reagents.

Direct and manage the Procurement team, collaborate with internal departments, implement Lean best practices, develop strategies and policies, oversee sourcing and purchasing, manage supplier relationships, mentor team members, implement Lean processes, manage budget, oversee planner/buyers, drive optimal inventory management, provide strategic analysis, and perform other duties as assigned.

Territory management in the West US Region focusing on clinical, research, pharmaceutical, and biotech markets. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant Sales and Industry experience.

Oversee production process, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with quality regulations and implement quality improvement initiatives. Manage QA/QE/QC team tasks, collaborate with R&D leaders, and handle complaint investigations and non-conformance issues.

The IHC Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing basic Manufacturing activities under general supervision. Responsibilities include adhering to GMP, assembly of finished products, monitoring laboratory supplies, and working in a cross-functional team. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with zero to two years of Manufacturing experience.
