The Histotechnologist I will work with the histology team to support day-to-day operations including tissue sectioning, FFPE block generation, and slide distribution. Direct and manage the Procurement team, collaborate with internal departments, implement Lean best practices, develop strategies and policies, oversee sourcing and purchasing, manage supplier relationships, mentor team members, implement Lean processes, manage budget, oversee planner/buyers, drive optimal inventory management, provide strategic analysis, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and profitable promotion of Biocare/Empire Genomics FISH probe reagents. Territory management in the West US Region focusing on clinical, research, pharmaceutical, and biotech markets. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant Sales and Industry experience.
