Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase market share, meet quotas, retain existing accounts, and acquire new physician customers. Present products and clinical data to physicians and other stakeholders, build territory business plans, monitor market dynamics, attend industry conferences, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Reimbursement, and Customer Care teams. The role also requires managing expenses, completing sales training, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Supports territory sales under senior supervision by prospecting customers, promoting products to physicians, managing accounts, presenting product information, executing business plans, meeting revenue quotas, monitoring market dynamics, and maintaining customer relationships. Requires routine travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and participation in conferences and sales training.

Supports revenue and sales operations through daily reporting, analytics dashboards, data maintenance, system troubleshooting, process documentation, and sales-force support. Provides insights to sales management, maintains customer and commercial data, supports territory alignment and onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaborates with Finance, IT, and commercial teams to improve reporting accuracy, systems, and workflows.

Leads the strategy, design, administration, and improvement of compensation, benefits, incentive, recognition, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. Advises senior leadership on pay philosophy, market competitiveness, pay equity, compliance, and workforce trends. Oversees compensation planning, benefits governance, vendor relationships, analytics, audits, HR systems optimization, and cross-functional workforce initiatives. Manages and develops team members while driving scalable processes, employee engagement, and talent attraction and retention.
