Lead drafting and fabrication workflow for glazing and light-gauge sheet metal projects. Produce shop drawings, material take-offs, cut sheets; set fabrication standards; manage fabrication setup; review drafters' work and support engineering department needs.

Manage glazing projects end-to-end including estimating, procurement, scheduling, installation, and construction administration. Build client and contractor relationships, maintain product/vendor knowledge, prepare submittals, staff multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Travel required.

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; manage cash flow, ABL lender compliance, project-level profitability, and financial modeling. Advise executive team and private equity sponsor, build a high-performing finance team, and drive strategic planning, M&A modeling, and operational KPI analysis across a multi-site contract-based business.
