Owns sourcing, negotiation, execution, and optimization of direct partnerships and affiliate marketing programs. Manages the Impact.com affiliate platform, partner onboarding, tracking, campaigns, reporting, and performance optimization. Evaluates KPIs including CPA, CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, FTDs, and customer quality; monitors fraud and traffic quality; and collaborates with analytics, legal, compliance, product marketing, and creative teams to scale profitable acquisition channels.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate scalable Java backend services, APIs, microservices, databases, and event-driven systems. Own projects across the software lifecycle, collaborate with product and infrastructure stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and build testing and observability. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in incident response, and improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Lead product analytics to improve user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, perform funnel/cohort analyses, maintain KPIs and dashboards, ensure event tracking, leverage ML and AI tools for advanced analyses, and translate insights into product recommendations across cross-functional teams.
