The Process Engineering Associate II is responsible for process improvement in molecular diagnostics, supporting technology transfer, troubleshooting errors, and enhancing assay performance through data analysis and lab work.

Lead UX Designer will define and execute the end-to-end UX vision for a prenatal diagnostic platform, applying systems thinking to translate complex genomics and clinical workflows into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. Responsibilities include research, prototyping, design systems, accessibility and regulatory compliance, content strategy, user testing, and mentoring designers while partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinicians, and marketing.

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and automation for commercial, billing, and CX teams. Partner with stakeholders to scope solutions, create data pipelines, own end-to-end deployments and monitoring, establish prompt engineering and responsible AI practices, and run internal training.
