Provides high-volume client support for prenatal diagnostic test orders. Responsibilities include proactive outreach to obtain missing information, managing follow-up queues, documenting communications in CRM and LIMS systems, updating customer and order records, responding to inquiries, collaborating with laboratory and business teams, resolving 40–60 cases daily, escalating recurring issues, and supporting process improvements.

Field sales role selling prenatal genetic diagnostics to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in North Utah. Drive utilization of UNITY tests through prospecting, KOL relationships, strategic territory planning, full sales-cycle management, and representation at conferences and tradeshows while delivering clinical information to clients and internal teams.

Leads prenatal diagnostics sales across Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Builds and manages a regional sales team, develops data-driven territory strategies, recruits and coaches representatives, and grows relationships with OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and genetic counselors. Delivers clinical information, creates customized sales presentations, analyzes market and sales data, manages negotiations, and expands adoption of prenatal genetic testing products.
