Leads the Software Product Management and Product Engineering organizations across oncology and prenatal platforms. Defines product strategy for provider portals, patient experiences, and internal systems; drives AI-first development; oversees architecture, engineering, infrastructure, quality, scalability, and delivery; and builds high-performing teams. Partners with clinical, data science, bioinformatics, IT, operations, commercial, and executive teams to deliver scalable software products and operational platforms.

Executes integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, SMS, digital advertising, web, social, and sales channels. Manages campaign testing, segmentation, automation, reporting, customer-facing collateral, content libraries, social calendars, and publishing. Coordinates cross-functional marketing workflows, timelines, approvals, and deliverables while improving operational efficiency. Supports product launches, newsletters, ABM, nurture programs, executive outreach, and performance optimization.

Field sales representative responsible for driving adoption of prenatal genetic diagnostic tests among OBGYNs, MFMs, genetic counselors, hospitals, and healthcare centers. Duties include prospecting, developing provider relationships and key opinion leaders, managing the full sales lifecycle, creating regional growth plans, generating leads, and attending industry events. Requires at least three years of healthcare field sales experience, strong communication and consultative selling skills, HIPAA knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
