Manage full-cycle accounting for an assigned commercial property portfolio: month-end close, financial statements, CAM reconciliations, lease revenue recognition, budgeting/reforecasts, variance analysis, audits, lender compliance, and process improvements.

Prepare federal and Texas Margin Tax returns for partnerships, LLCs, S-Corps, corporations, HOAs, and trusts. Maintain tax work papers, perform partner distribution reviews, support year-end tax schedules, and produce monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Assist tax managers on projects.

The Portfolio Accountant will handle financial reporting, general ledger accounting, budgeting, auditing, and ensure compliance for a real estate portfolio.
