Supports the Senior Make Ready Manager by inspecting completed units, assessing move-out conditions, coaching technicians, coordinating vendors, tracking work orders and budgets, and performing hands-on maintenance and make-ready work. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, cleaning, grounds upkeep, emergency response, inventory management, safety compliance, and Yardi reporting. The role may cover department operations during absences and requires occasional support at other communities.

Manages irrigation operations, maintenance, water consumption, pump stations, wells, controllers, contractors, and regulatory reporting across a large commercial property portfolio. Develops irrigation schedules, conservation plans, budgets, and water-use reports; oversees repairs, smart irrigation technology, new installations, construction reviews, vendors, and compliance. Provides field inspections and project support to landscape leadership, including occasional emergency response.

Provides senior-level centralized operational support for multifamily communities, handling leasing and resident-account workflows, documentation, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, collections, audits, and communications. Serves as a subject-matter expert and escalation resource, trains and coaches team members, conducts quality reviews, maintains SOPs, identifies process improvements, tracks operational trends, and supports technology, AI, and process-change initiatives across the property portfolio.
