Supports clients and internal stakeholders by gathering requirements and developing business intelligence, reporting, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions. Creates SQL-based data solutions, reports, dashboards, and visualizations; troubleshoots data and automation issues; and collaborates with infrastructure and development teams to maintain solution stability, performance, and security.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues, manage incident and problem processes, document solutions, identify root causes, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. Maintain knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides, mentor support staff, contribute to continuous improvement, support AI-related projects, and validate software features before release. Requires application support experience, SQL expertise, software debugging skills, and knowledge of software architectures and performance, security, and compatibility issues.

Design, develop, and support production applications using C#, SQL, and JavaScript while architecting and integrating AI-driven features. Build agentic, spec-driven development workflows using AI coding assistants, improve AI-enhanced engineering practices, and ensure application stability, scalability, and resiliency. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, system design, data modeling, code quality, and AI architecture decisions.
