Define architecture standards, domain boundaries, APIs, integration patterns, documentation, guardrails, and quality practices. Partner with SDET, Product, and engineering leadership while remaining hands-on through proofs of concept, reference implementations, and design spikes. Guide AI coding-agent adoption, evaluate emerging tools, and ensure secure, testable, cloud-native systems.

Own complex B2B SaaS subscriber relationships from implementation through quote-to-cash configuration. Lead discovery, configure accounting and revenue-cycle workflows, sell payment solutions, train customers, drive adoption, and transition healthy accounts to Subscriber Success. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce while meeting sales, payments attach, upgrade, adoption, and implementation targets. Serve as an accounting and accounts receivable subject matter expert and help improve implementation playbooks and go-to-market practices.

Own new subscriber relationships from implementation through quote-to-cash configuration. Lead discovery and implementation calls, configure the platform, sell payment solutions and upgrades, train customer teams, drive adoption, answer accounting and accounts receivable questions, maintain Salesforce records, and transition healthy accounts to Subscriber Success. The role combines B2B consultative phone sales, software onboarding, account management, and performance-based revenue growth.
