Build and scale data infrastructure supporting utility billing reports, analytics, AI-ready retrieval, dimensional models, and customer-facing data products. Responsibilities include developing ingestion and transformation pipelines, creating facts and dimensions, implementing testing and observability, monitoring freshness and lineage, and partnering with engineering, product, compliance, and analytics teams.

Maintain and enhance legacy .NET 4.8 and modern .NET 8 billing platforms. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving production issues, developing features and REST APIs, supporting property-management integrations, improving platform reliability, and contributing to modernization efforts. The role requires strong backend development, debugging, database, SaaS, communication, and collaboration skills across a distributed engineering team.

Owns product initiatives across the platform and client portal, leading discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration. Partners with engineering, design, operations, accounting, implementations, and customers to simplify complex billing workflows, validate problems, define requirements, and shape product direction. The role requires strong ownership, communication, judgment, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, data-heavy operational systems.
