Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound leads and trial users into paying BILL customers. Identify customer pain points, build rapport, create urgency, close deals, and manage a high-volume book of business. The role requires prioritizing multiple opportunities, making 60+ outbound calls daily, maintaining CRM records, meeting sales targets, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales environment.

Own organizational change management for BILL’s Oracle Fusion Cloud and Salesforce finance transformation. Lead stakeholder and change impact assessments, change networks, executive sponsor engagement, communications, training coordination, adoption metrics, and readiness activities across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product. Partner with systems integration teams, report risks and progress to the PMO and steering committees, and support successful Oracle Financials and Quote-to-Cash releases.

Develop scalable Java-based software and distributed systems for BILL’s Growth team. Improve subscription, monetization, pricing, packaging, and customer upgrade or downgrade experiences. Build AWS-based SaaS applications, design SQL and NoSQL databases, implement CI/CD pipelines, and apply generative AI to software engineering. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to drive user growth, revenue, and feature engagement.
