As a Sales Advisor, you will build customer relationships, assist with vehicle selection, demonstrate products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive vehicles between dealerships and the reconditioning center, inspect and document damage, follow company and traffic safety procedures, check in with client contacts, and manage vehicle keys and transport logistics.

Serve as the dealership's first impression: complete training, master BMW product features, create personalized video content, respond to customer inquiries via video/phone/text/email, deliver concierge-style experiences, and follow up to ensure delivery satisfaction while progressing toward a Client Advisor role.
