Manage client-group performance, budgets, staffing, and operational KPIs. Analyze reports to identify trends and improve processes, allocate resources, maintain employee and client performance records, and recommend personnel actions. Lead hiring, training, motivation, and performance management while ensuring service goals are met and maintaining professional client relationships.

Evaluate and audit telephone, email, and chat interactions against client-defined quality guidelines. Provide detailed feedback, maintain low quality variance, meet productivity targets, participate in calibration calls, complete client training, and support ongoing performance development while following company policies.

Serves as the first point of contact for employee and external HR inquiries. Maintains Workday and HR ticketing systems, supports onboarding and offboarding, facilitates orientations and exit interviews, prepares HR documentation, assists with payroll and audits, manages background checks, handles minor disciplinary cases, and produces HR reports.
