The Reporting Analyst designs, maintains, and improves business reporting systems, databases, dashboards, and analytical tools. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, validating reports, monitoring business trends, automating reporting processes, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role supports marketing, sales, financial, operational, and other business functions while aligning reports with objectives and KPIs. Advanced Excel and Power BI experience are expected, while Python, SQL, VBA, and SAP knowledge are beneficial.

Generates qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, personalized outreach, and introductory meeting booking. Maintains prospect and CRM records, follows outreach cadences, tests messaging, communicates BPO and technology value propositions, and partners with Sales and Marketing. Provides market feedback, represents the company at trade shows and events, and meets activity, meeting, and qualified-opportunity targets.

Leads HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, compliance, HR records, policy administration, and offboarding. Partners with senior management on HR projects, analyzes workforce metrics, supports employee engagement, advises managers, resolves grievances, and ensures local and global employment practices are followed.
