Leads user research, UX and service design across complex client projects. Creates journeys, wireframes, prototypes and service concepts; facilitates workshops; translates customer insight into commercially valuable solutions; collaborates with product and development teams; shapes roadmaps and transformation plans; manages client relationships; and mentors junior designers.

Build, implement, QA, debug, and optimize A/B and multivariate experiments across enterprise platforms and client technology stacks. Develop custom JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js experiences; implement tracking and data layers; troubleshoot performance, targeting, and integration issues; and support server-side experimentation, SDKs, APIs, and feature flags. Serve as the technical escalation point for complex builds and provide guidance to other CRO developers while remaining hands-on.

Supports the Account Director and Senior Account Manager in managing client relationships and digital creative projects. Responsibilities include taking briefs, coordinating resources, managing BAU builds from preparation through approval, supporting project administration, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with creatives, developers, and copywriters. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and experience in a digitally led environment, ideally with ecommerce or retail exposure.
